Should i play RE3 before RE2 or the opposite?

I already own RE2 but never played it yet and RE3 will be released in like 2 weeks.
Which one do you think i should play first?

Cuz i heard the events in RE3 happened before RE2 etc etc so you know i'm kinda confused.
(I aint that big on the story of RE in general)

The beginning/ middle of RE3 take place before RE2. The later part of the game takes place after RE2. About two days in fact after RE2 Remake. Can't really say much more for spoiler reasons. Could be wrong on the two day part. Can't quite remember exactly.

No.. Play RE2 first obviously, because the second half of RE3 happens AFTER the events in RE2
Unless you want spoilers. (assuming u don't know anything abuot the story at all)

Yeah, Like Revenant said, play RE2 first. That way, you have some of the basics.

Yes definetly play Re 2 first, if you can. You'll understand Re3 way better that way.
