Considering that Nemesis is entirely constructed of bio matter and vast human flesh, while being entirely programmed similarly to the androids in the Alien franchise, I wouldn't be surprised if there's more harmful material within its body. There sight of this grotesque monstrosity already shows warnings signs there's more dangers beneath its disfigured exterior.
