Is RE3 online coop?

I dont keep up to date with games coming out really. Im too old for alot of these games.

I was thinking samething playing RE2 with Tyrant following you through police department how you can hear him walking around. It would be cool if you could play as Tyrant in peoples campaign story games.

Wouldn't be remotely surprised if they add in co-op since Re2r went away from classic survival horror.

They are working on another game called Resident Evil Resistance, which is pretty much what you're describing: 4 survivors against another player who can place zombies, traps and bosses on the map, and can even control them.

Basically Dead by Daylight in the RE universe.

And apparently if you buy RE3 you will also get Resistance. Not sure if that means it will be a mode in RE3 or if it'll be a separate game on Steam.
