Vines are never ready

There are 4 spots where you can get the vines. You need these to make rope. My vines won't respawn. Anyone?

Same problem with the vines. They do not regenerate after first pick-up.

It takes 8 hours for them to respawn. I have timed it several times. But I only found three places.. two by the little pond at the top right and on the stairs going up to the monument on the top right, where am I missing the fourth? Plz do tell!!

nvm I found it right beside the coal cave. O.o
