1 is Australian, actually. Not British.
The voice is Charles Shaughnessy, British actor.
According to Volition themselves, they called it a British accent:

So actually since the developer called it a British accent and the actor performing it is in fact British, it's safe to assume you're wrong.
Feel free to actually look up interviews with him and that's his actual British accent, examples:

Maybe you just aren't aware that there's many different British accents, here's 20 different British accents:

And those aren't the only ones.
It's a lot like pretending there's only one American accent when there's more than a dozen and Britain has had even more centuries to evolve more variety than America has achieved.
Female voice 1 is the white, american voice.
I know, not helpful if you're playing as a male, but personally, I've always played a female in the Saints series. It makes for a better, funnier experience, imo.
Translation: you're shallow and just a little racist.
So anybody who hates on the voice because "it's not a white amercian voice" makes me wanna slap the taste out they mouth. And that's c'mon from a white trans woman
Perhaps that's not his culture. And he wasn't hating on the voice because "it's not a white american voice." You're just putting words into his mouth and just making stuff up.
There is nothing wrong about someone wanting to create a character that more closely resembles themselves in a video game. You'd think a trans person would understand that.
