Increase maximum amount of villagers after night 13?

It is really hard to manage 4 miners, 55 soldiers/muskets/longbows and I can barely feed them. majority of my farmers are +2 and it is just annoying. I think a good reward would be getting an increase of maximum houses to maybe 12 (or infinite?) to make the game more interesting.

You can have infinite houses just queue them up (place a foundation) before building the last, and use only builder villages because I notices that regular ones dosen't build them.
