The fact people even have to cheat in a game like this is outright sad. But honestly that's for every game. Having such a bad skill issue that you have to download artificial skill is just stupid. You may as well just uninstall and take a hike or something.

nice that they attempt to stop them but in a matter of time there will probably be another patch to the cheat clients bypassing whatever they did to stop them and the whole loops starts again

Have you considered looking at the several years of backlog on reports of accounts that hack/cheat, and banning those users? Aaaaaany time now.
