Update Feb 13: I got an email back. Said they would forward the info to the respective team. Still no stars. I advise everyone to not buy anything from this game at this point. I have talked with a few people on their discord after i was finally able to join. Some people on steam have been having the same issue for about a week some even longer. Come Feb 15 if i don't have my stars i'm requesting a refund through steam. 1 support rep told them they have been having issues with their purchases. But they didn't post an announcement about it which i assume they don't care. I seen they fixed purchases for the Nintendo Switch towards the end of last month. So my guess is they have known about this for a while.
Sorry to everyone who's been waiting - I know it's taken awhile for us to get to them as we need to manually check the receipts of each one, but we're getting through them. Not an excuse, just an explanation. Know it's super frustrating.
