I got a Glitch Pet on twitch, tied a twitch in the game, but there is no pet in the game. How to get it in the game?

Hmmm, that shouldn't have happened. Can you send us a help desk ticket[innersloth.zendesk.com] and we can see why the pet isn't in your inventory.

I had the same issue, so I created a ticket July 29th, later I got a response on Aug 9th that said "Please know that our team is aware of this, and is already in the middle of their investigation of the issue, and we'll respond to you once the investigation has been completed.".

I received an email from the developer:
Hi Crewmate!

Thank you for your patience while we worked to fix the issue some players were having getting their drops from Twitch. The problem should now be resolved!

In order to get your items, please try to reconnect your Among Us and Twitch accounts by going through the settings menu. Then after you've reconnected, restart your game, check your inventory, and you should see your item!

If you're still having a problem after this, please let us know so we can keep working on it.

I tried to do as it says in the letter. Everything worked out, the pet is in the inventory now.

It worked for me as well!
