It's a multiplayer game, lobbies can be 5-15 people.
There's an achievement for getting 3 kills before a body is discovered or an emergency meeting is called. So first of all you have to get impostor, you have to kill 3 people and not being found. My tip, play hide and seek games where part of the rules is not reporting bodies so you'll get it easily.
There's an achievement for being killed while you're doing the scan task. Again, this doesn't depend on you. it'll naturally happen if you play regularly, but if you don't want to wait, just camp medbay whenever you have that task and start it whenever someone enters the room hoping it's the impostor, if you're not killed, cancel and start again.
The most grindy ones are the getting impostor kills, being the highest 150 kills. This is not only grindy but also rng based so it'll take you a long time even with the perfect ruleset. Just go to lobbies with short kill cooldown, a high percentage of being impostor (either small lobby or a lot of impostors) and pray you're not caught or randomly voted and get more than 1 kill. Again, playing hide and seek lobbies make this slightly easier, but it's discouraging when you get crewmate 15 times in a row (and you can't just leave too many games or you'll be blocked temporarily).
If you have friends you can just play helping each other farm the achievements but as I said if you're patient you'll eventually unlock them all just by playing.
