Unable to Link my Steam account

I need help this is extremely frustrating no matter how many times I try to link my account to my Steam account it tells me on the InnerSloth website that my account isn't linked before I send the code in. So I can't access all the DLCs I bought before this update.

Press Windows + R on you keyboard, and place "AppData" in the box. Go to "LocalRow" and find "Innersloth" folder. Open the "Among Us", and in secureNew you press the right botton mouse, and click on Properties. and unmark the "Only reading" box.

The ordinary procedure for linking account is as it follows:

1) Access your main account first and click "Proceed". The main account is the one you play the most from (for me it was the Steam one).

2) Access your secondary account. Secondary account/accounts are all the ones you want to link to your main (for me it was the Google App one from mobile phone). Once prompted, click "Link to" and it will show a 6-digits code.

3) Visit https://accounts.innersloth.com/en-US and, then, click the button whose main account belongs to. Follow on-screen instructions and insert the 6-digits code when asked. Linking is now complete.

I'm having this issue with Apple.

Every time I attempt to link my account the innersloth website to enter the pin it says the signed in account is not linked to Among Us. Please try a different account, so it won't even let me put the pin in no matter how many attempts I try.

Sad to say i'm having the exact same issue. It skips RIGHT OVER the page that you need to enter the 6 digit pin (i see it for a fraction of a second) and then just tells me my account isn't linked to amongus. Which is stupid because I am on my steam account and can see all my achievements and everything for amongus. I'm disappointed to see that this post was over a month ago and it still isn't working. I've emailed support but don't' have high hopes. :(

I'm having the same problem. Tried to log in after a long time playing and it still does exactly as you said.

I am having the same problem still, and I'm honestly starting to lose hope it will ever let me link my accounts.

i'm relieved to see that this problem seems to be a little universal and not just with me. i haven't played the game in a hot minute, not since the beginning of last year, but wanted to get back in. i'm having the same problem with the whole not even letting me input the code before telling me my account isn't linked to among us. this issue is a month old and there's still no resolution? ugh. how frustrating.

I joined the Innersloth discord and was able to get help that way. I suggest trying that.

This is a support response:

Hi Anton,

Account linking is temporarily disabled.

You just need to sign in like usual. After you install the recent update, open the app, wait for the "sign in to your account" prompt, and click "sign in". Your app will then ask you to sign in using your platform's account.
