AGE VERIFICATION BROKEN

Were you drunk when you decided to allow users to put their age in without allowing them to change it?

I tried reinstalling the game, deleting all the data, even disabled Steam Cloud, the game still thinks I was born in 2013.

♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥. I even paid for this game, can't blame the people who just downloaded it for free. Can't even delete the data they collected on me (age).

Hilarious when other people are to blame or "drunk" for you being incapable of knowing your own age (if you even truly put the wrong age).

It's not whether or not I know my own age, it's whether or not it's any of their damn business. I paid money for a game that had no such requirements, nor did I have to agree to give them my personal information, credit card, or social security number to play it.

There is a way around this. Apply a little bit of critical thinking and research it/find it. Its honestly not too hard, really. But yes, a few things about this game tend to grate you the wrong way.

The methods to get around it no longer work. The developers put a stop to people correcting their age on here.

You'd have to ask them why. And they refuse to let anybody change it even by request. I guess they really want people's social security and credit card numbers.

i'm having the same issue, and the thing is that even if you are under 18, the game was for people from all ages throught out the entirety of last year, so making this change now doesn't really do much. Another thing is that restricting a CHAT for only "+18" players is completly ridiculous, Club Penguin was more efficient at it, just by the fact that with my real age i could speak freely in chat, but with a simple filter that u can add anywhere.

The game is for people of all ages and you can still play it.

Your generation has proven it can't be trusted with free chat. You kids are restricted with things, this is nothing new, part of being a kid. You'll live and get older.
