Log out the account in game?

I have a problem: the game got my younger brother's account locked in and I cannot find a way to get rid of it.

Same thing happened to me, except i put in the wrong birthday and now the game thinks im a kid-

I believe that was mentioned in the update notes.
Accounts are locked to device for now.
EDIT: "You can only make on account per device - if multiple people are using the same device it'll be locked for the time being, but we're planning a hot fix for that soon."

is it fixed yet, if so how do I fix this because I am having the same issue. the game thinks I'm 9 years old and I cant fix it.

If the game thinks ur a kid and you cant write in free chat, request the guardian mail an when you're on the web page, you can delete the kids account. the next time you start the game, you can make a new account
