Like to prevent anyone from talking because some of my friends humming and background noise ruin the immersion.

Right click the name and click on the Server Mute checkmark. This will mute everyone. Make sure you have the permissions set so that only you and or mods are the only ones to have that ability.
Note that while @DONKEYdaDON's comment was accurate, AFAIK, you have to do this for each person you want to server mute, and then you also have to individually unmute them when the time comes for discussion and voting. I don't know of a way to mute and unmute the entire server en masse, and if anyone does, I would also be interested in hearing what it is.
The github link that was posted above purports to automute the server using bots and emojis. I haven't tried it. @Gambit, have you used it and how well did it work?
