6 Ping network drop, how to fix?

Hi, I am trying to play Among Us on my PC and Laptop, but keep running into this problem a few minutes after I start a game with people. I will be disconnected and then given the following error message:

"You disconnected from the server. Sent 6 pings that remote has not responded to."

Does anybody know how to fix this? Thank you for any and all help.

Ok, so I've been to the official discord (here is link to discord: https://discord.gg/InnerSloth) and found another forum post from a user named Usec. The discord says it is happening either because we have bad internet or we are too far away from the Among Us servers which are located in California, Texas, and Tokyo (I have no idea why they listed states then a city.). They also said that sometimes for like a week or two you can just be screwed by this and it will "fix" itself after some amount of time. I normally use wifi which will drop for a second or two so I'm gonna try connecting directly to the internet via cable. Another suggestion was using VPN.

If you have this error you could try doing these two things:

1. Deleted the cache -
