Updated Server Issues

Hey everyone,

I guess it's time for another server update. I made all the changes I mentioned last time and am adding more and more servers. We've doubled the number of servers, actually. And for a few good days, that was actually enough.

But a whole new wave of players are joining, so here's a look at the past few days. Almost 3x players and still trying to keep up. I'm sad it's not as easy as "add more servers", but just know that I'm still working on it.

Pretty exciting to cross 250k active players.

Game literally doesn't work... Glitchiest game I've ever played... "pretty damn perfect"... Wat? Please share whatever you're smoking with the rest of us.

im from EUW and when i wanna play the game teleport me to north amerika ??? i cant play with my friends D: help me

I have recently realized that most server issues happen because North America is the default region and most people do not bother to change it a lot, causing an over concentration of people there. Changing it to Europe or Asia is likely to make a slightly laggier game, but it ensures more stability because most of us new players are not aware of region changing. Besides that, the game has been booming worldwide recently so I guess this amount of traffick is far from expected and this amount of server issues would have been foreseeable if the devs knew about this before it happened.

Go to the find game menu, click on the globe icon on the lower right-hand side, and pick EU.

Europe seems to be having the same issues as North America. My friends and I have managed to get games in Asia. I definitely recommend it but be sure not to overwhelm those servers as well.
