Is this true, that all crew mates have card swep if it is in game as one of tasks?

Yes, if one crew has the map's common task, then everybody has it. This includes stuff like keys and card swipe.

These are called "common tasks", so if you have the key task on Polus as your "common task" then all crewmates will need to do it. It might be that the "common task" is the card swipe instead if you have the total number set to 1... so if you have 2 "common" tasks then you could have both!

Paying attention to who does these tasks is a very easy/quick way of discovering new/newish imposters as they'll not know to fake them.
