Sound doesn't work

I just got this game and i have played a couple of games of it and the game runs well except for the fact that i have no sound at all when i join the game. I know its not a problem with my speakers or headphones because i checked the volume mixer and there isn't any sound at all that the game is at least trying to project. i've tried reinstalling the game and verifying the integrity of the files and it still doesn't work. PLeaSe HeLp!

For me it doenst work on my speakers but maybe to fix your problem you gotta go to your sound settings and change your headphones to your default output device

maybe fixed. my first time i started the game it was windowed. i turned it to fullscreen and boom no sound. For some weird reason it turned all game sound off and there was no options in the settings to fix this. you have to join a game go to the top right and manually pull the sound back up. a bit weird but fixed it for me.
