Network Bug "6 pings" then d/c

My friend keeps getting d/ced from the game 30 seconds into a match. He has tried on both PC and phone. "You've been disconnected from the server. Sent 6 pings that remote did not respond to"

This is a pretty common issue, but I don't think there is a solution.

It happens to me at least once or twice for every few hours of play.

It also seems like players in some regions have a similar issue which prevents them from playing at all.

Most of those severe complaints are from outside of the US. I think we had a handful of posts from several players in India pretty recently who were forced to refund the game.

Dang that sucks, yeah my buddy lives literally a couple houses down and cant even play 1 game without being d/c'd 30 seconds in. But my connection is fine even though were are only a couple of block away.

Please spread the word to help people, on mobile (and probably pc too) you can fix ping problems with a VPN, a free VPN for android is "Tachyon vpn" I don't know any others as that has worked for me. This seems to be a common problem so spread the word to save people from annoyance!

Uhuh, you are probably not spreading some non-sense for your own VPN...

I'm also getting this message, I haven't been able to play even one game. It usually disconnects in the lobby, few times I got to play for like 10 seconds before it disconnected... Any ideas? I checked my ping on ookla and it's 10, but in the top right corner in the game it's above 100.

I upgraded my internet to a better one and im started to get this error. I couldnt even finished a single game with my own wifi. They should fix this asap.

I live in US and I have this issue. bought the game yesterday and have not been able to play a single match.

My internet is fine, every other online game/service works fine. My ping in game is <50, but after the game starts I get kicked within 30 seconds.

My modem is direct connected to my pc as well.
