Found it. Thanks! Maybe they can put this in the game's DLC like they did with Nekopara.

mosaics are required per Japanese export laws if i remember correctly.

Link which was redirected to google drive in ver.2 is pointed to steam group called Nukige in the ver.5. And unfortunately that old google drive link has been expired.
