Dream machine finding the maps

Does anyone know how to get all of the maps, I only have 3 and I am stuck. Help!

Talk to the Victors in the dreamscape center. They will give you hints or fetch quests. Sometimes talking to one Victor will open up dialogue with another.

Spoiler-free: as I said above.
With spoilers: Baby and Middle-Aged had a disagreement, Baby accused Middle-Aged of stealing his map. However, it was Young who borrowed it... and put it back next to Baby's crib.


Though I have a question too: how do you get Young Victor's map?

So, I am halfway through this, but I need some more detailed help.
I combined the twig with the yarn with the hanger to get a rudimentary fishing hook, but it tells me I am lacking bait. What is the bait and where do I find it?
