Hello,

Could we have an updated roadmap and some date if possible for the full release of this game?

Thanks.

Hello.

The latest roadmap is over here:
https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/941460/view/5009714462588640927

I try to give some info about what we are currently occupied with in the common updates, like this one:
https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/941460/view/3699187794153398032

There's no release date yet unfortunately.

This is the current state:
The game is progressing good. The technical side is robust, the framework and our tools have most features now that we need, and the gameplay and usability have been improved since Early Access.
I can personally focus on the story, world building and content now. I have been occupied with that in the last months, actually. That hasn't lead to more playable content recently, but it will do so later this year.

Is it safe to say then that there won't be any major changes to the combat system?

There will still be improvements to the combat system. Melee needs to be boosted, we need a greater weapon variety, the enemy hit-stun / flinch system needs to be more consistent (if possible), we need more enemy variety etc.
Is there anything specific you would like to see improved?

It must be a year since I played it last. I am holding off until full release! I just remember feeling like the combat was the weaker aspect back then. But if there's a possibility of influencing the combat system I'll gladly pick it up again and give some concrete feedback :)

I've only played the day 1 version of EA when the game initially released, so I only got a picture of the early game. Are there plans to have an animal companion "build" where you mostly let minions fight for you? The idea behind having flesh pets was interesting.

You can still summon fleshworm(s) with implants, but can't rely on them to beat everything while you count your gold.

I'm sure they'll remain as special use summon items, but it would be pretty cool to suck at combat yet host an army of flesh for instance. Still, a cool feature nonetheless.

Perfect! I was coming here to figure out the current state, sounds like I want to hold off on playing for a bit (I tend not to replay games so want to wait for the full release). Very excited from what I have seen though!
