They're tied for first place with the Vista FPS one being dead last but the Genesis one definitely has more of the vibe this game has. Less funky midi bass riffs and all that.
how is lisa like this? Ive never played it but from what ive heard from friends isn't it just a game about dismembering yourself?
The flesh nightmare body horror vibes and post-apoc setting. It feels grimy and the characters are easy to love and impossible to trust. They play nothing alike but they can totally be compared if only because of all the gray-brown and violence.

I played the SNES version for a while but I was too young to understand it, and at the time, I didn't know English at all, but I have played the tabletop version and I can see some similarities.
Ive played both the art style is similar and in the snes shadowrun you do wake up at the start of the game with an unwanted implant.
