All bayonet weapons share the same melee stats, which is similar to the default melee attack but with way less damage reduction when the attacked enemy is alert.
They also have the bonus of being unaffected by durability.
To be more precise:
Bayonet weapons have ~20% longer cooldown between attacks but 50% increased range, Their damage is ~25% increased by default compared to no melee weapon, and instead of 75% damage reduction when used against alert enemies they only have like 25% reduction.
This results in them dealing 3-5 damage per hit against alert enemies, instead of 0-1 when not using any melee weapon.
Bayonet weapons can also damage one additional destructible objects per attack.
