Multi monitor setup

Its not a big deal really, but while helping someone else with an issue I noticed a multi monitor setup option.

I have the option to place the game onto my 2nd monitor, which does work, I can swap that game between monitors.

However I believe the point is you can have your menu's open on another screen. The game only allows me to set the menu's to my first monitor, which is not such an issue, however if I place the game on my 2nd monitor, the menus also open on my 2nd monitor, not the first as they are set to do.

Also it would be nice if I could have the game on monitor 1 and menus on 2, but it does not give me that option.

Am I mis understanding something or am I hitting a bug? Anyone else have the issue?
