Hey thanks for the report! Can you please verify that your Uplay PC app is installed on the same drive as your game and how much space that drive has left?

i have 455 gb of space left and its installed to the same drive

Ok if you wouldn't mind trying the following steps to make a new save, let me know if this helps.
