Running Far Cry ND In Windowed Mode

So I'm not sure if it's my graphics card or monitor that is causing the trouble but a lot of my games including this one for some makes it so it doesn't display the game when I load it. Just a black screen but the audio is fine. So I have to run some games in windowed mode. Getting a new one but for now I need to know how to run New Dawn in windowed mode. I've tried all the launch options I know and tried looking for the ini file to do it that way but couldn't find it.

Edit: I have sorted it now, got a new monitor and it's working fine now along with other games that would black screen. Thank you for offering to help, UbiGumdrops and thank you for the info, sometimes

Quite sure I have the required but here's the ones I believe is what is needed to be listed

OS; Windows 10 64 bit

Processor: Intel Core I7 7770

Memory: 16 GB

Graphics Card: Radeon RX 580 Series

Those are some low specs, specifically the graphics card
I have a GTX 1060 6GB, I7-8700k CPU and even I get frame drops and stutters.
Even if you did end up getting into the game, the likely hood of being able to run it over 40 FPS is very slim, even on all low.

Furthermore, Windowed mode makes the game lag more, so that will probably affect the game too. I don't think you'll be able to enjoy - or even play - this game even if you COULD, like i said, open it up.

Also to clarify, the only reason your specs are "bad" is because this game is badly optimized atm.
So windowed mode + the issues with your pc, is gonna lead to some very low end gameplay

Well as I said @sometiems I'm getting a new graphics card so not too fussed about that but the game but other games I play run fine. Including FC5
