How do I disable Film Grain?

Please, there has to be a way. That is waay too annoying..

From what I know, you can't, I hope they'll patch the option in. Film grain and motion blur are the definition of post processing cancer.

My monitor doesn't even support HDR i got a Benq Zowie XL2546.
So with HDR disabled there is film grain

No support for HDR here either

Film grain is always over used by inexperienced developers. It makes games look absolutely awful unless its VERY subtle.

Step 1. Download the far cry new dawn scavenger mod/mod installer

step 2. go through the process of installing it and finding your game directory.

step 3. enable the "disable film grain" package and press W to install the mods

step 4. start the game through the mod installer (i think you have to start up the installer before you start the game, it's tedious, but worth it)

step 5. you're done and can now enjoy the game without film grain, and bonus mods.
