Buying Perk Points...
Why are people ok with being able to buy perk points? You can literally fill up your skill tree before leaving the base for the first time. Why is this "OK"? The legendary weapons cost 5-10 dollars of real money. Why didn't any "professional" reviewers mention these terrible facts? Why is the game a "positive" when a person does not even have to play the game to fill up their skill tree? Even though it is a single player game, it is the principle that matters here...it will continue to get worse until people stop buying this garbage.

Why are you worried about other people? Let people enjoy the game the way they want now get lost and stop posting dumb stuff

So, you are "ok" with these business practices? Is it "ok" to you that Ubisoft is turning PC gaming into mobile gaming? You seem "ok" with this.

I still don't get why are you so upset about it. There's tons of perk points available without buying them. I literally had 24 after 2 missions only.

Yes, I am okay with practices that are there for people who just want to force through the game, especially if the practices don't limit me.

Seriously, you are just making a problem where there isn't one.

Why do I care if somebody else is so lazy that they buy perk points or pay real money for some overpriced gun model?

I am at the point where I end up sitting on 10 or more perk points because I have all the skills I want already.

If people want to be foolish with their money then there will always be some person or company willing to take it from them.

So, being able to fill up your skill tree without playing the game is "OK"? Got it, this is why Ubisoft can get away with this crap.

Totally agree...I want to know why on earth people on Steam are trashing the older Metro games because of something beyond trivial like Exodus being on the Epic Games store, but New Dawn gets a "Very Positive" even though (like you said) you can buy crafting materials (which is currency in New Dawn) and Perk Points with real money, essentially killing proper progression in the game.

Yeah I’m good with anything they do I know how to spend my money and it won’t be on perks the game is fine by itself but there are people who will buy it so what I say enjoy not my money, and if I was Ubisoft i would do the same thing, I charge for everything I do in life right now nothing is free

Ubisoft has taken away all progression in this game because of the "NOT SO microtransactions"

It's a single player game. If some people want to cheat themselves and waste their money to buy shortcuts then why the hell would I care. I play most of the Ubisoft open world games and never once did I feel like I was missing anything by not using the micro transactions.

Damn, I never met someone so dense lol.

You are acting as if we needed to buy the perk points. It's a single player game. Stop caring so much about how others play their games.
I hope those of you, who are ok with buying perks or skill points realize that companies do this stuff because they can...to say that this mobile gaming crap is ok for a game that you have to pay for is really messed up.

A problem where this isn't one? Listen, I really couldn't care less how random strangers spend their money, it isn't about that. For me its about Ubisoft releasing a short game that is extremely similar to FC5, slapping a forty dollar price tag on it and still isn't satisfied so they employ as much greed as possible and give you the option to "buy" your way through the game, so they can squeeze the most money out of you possible. Whats the point of earning something in game when you can just buy it with real money? And its too bad that some people turn a blind eye saying "not my problem", because you just encourage it and allow them to get away with it...

Yes I am just ask the people I deal with they get charged for everything, so hats off to Ubisoft and any other game company.

It's not how "others" play their game...it's how the game is built from the ground up to suck cash. It affects how I play the game...the game is designed like a mobile game...and it will only continue to get worse.
