You can check which files were updated.
/bin/amd_ags_x64.dll
/bin/bink2w64.dll
/bin/FC_m64.dll
/bin/FarCryNewDawn.exe
It doesn't really say anything to me about the nature of update though.

But there are also changes in all readme_**.txt files in \Support\Readme which apparently contain change logs and the latest info in them is:

Fixed minor stability issue

If you open Options in game you can see the current version is 1.0.7, so this must be what changed with the last update.
