Lost progression TWICE

The first time I was only an hour in, but the second time I was almost 4. I get an error "Granite -200000" and it boots me to menu. Whenever i try to continue story It kicks me back out and gives me the same error. When I restart the game, it only gives me the option to start a new game..

I've been 100% the area and its really putting me off playing again, any help would be appreciated.

lol， me too.... Now I can't save anymore at all. Lost save at least 7 times. But my other ubisoft game are fine... I already contact ubisoft, they said they are looking into it...

This did not happen to me, but I often Save the game and when I get back, it looks like 2 saved games before were loaded instead... and yes, only happens at this one.

I found a fix now. unfortunately it means starting a new game.

> Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames (or your whatever drive)

>Delete your entire far cry new dawn save folder

>Open uplay client and go to settings

>disable overlay and cloud sync

>Go to steam library and open file location of far cry new dawn

>bin

>run far cry new dawn exe as admin

I haven't had the problem since doing this. You probably only have to do all this once, however I run the game as administrator every time and leave the overlay and cloud sync off to be safe.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one.. 14 hours logged and I have nothing to show for it. I've tried everything other than what afdjones recommended (will be trying that now...) and alas, I come back to "New Game" each and every time.

It was really strange when it first happened.. it kept forcing me to the screen "Are you sure you want to exit the game?", I'd hit no and it would keep popping up. Inevitable I exited and ever since... this. UGH.
