Need an activation code ?!

Whenever I launch the game it asks me to put an activation code on uplay but I have none... what am I doing wrong ?!!

I have the same issue. Preloaded in Steam, Uplay asking for activation code when I try to run but I don't have one or any way to see one.

same here never got the steam windows giving me the key, no link to key when I right click on the game name neither.

I restarted steam and uplay, seems to work now guys !

Just restarted Steam and it gave error "fail to request key information"

Restart Steam and Uplay. A DLC Uplay activation code will appear in for New Dawn. Then hit the play button and Uplay will link the game to your Uplay account.

That worked for me.

As mentioned by Warspite the first thing we'd advise is restarting both Steam and Uplay.

You also want to make sure that Steam, the game and Uplay are running with Administration rights via the steps here[support.ubi.com]

I just pressed continue without entering anything into the box and it worked

Hi there!

I am sorry that you are still being asked for a key when you launch the game.

Have you tried running both launchers and the game with admin rights? If that does not work, could you please provide an image of the error message you are receiving?
