Medkits, I need more I guess...
I've upgraded all Prosperity to level 3. Have my gold weapons. Good.
Though I've perked up my Medkits it seems I'm lacking when I'm out in a battle.
I can only heal myself 2-3 times., where before leveling up I could heal several more times.
Is it just that I'm lacking components? I have plenty Yucca and the blue plant.
I don't see anyway to trade for Medkits other than buying kits for real cash.

Also all in my Roster are dead. I can see I need alot more components to regen them.
Seem to be lacking stuff like meat though I kill elf etc.
I must be missing something.

Hunt to get meat..Pick up Yucca and a blue herb ( I don't remember the names). And keep playing, looting every house you in, every mission you play, every treasure you explore. Or you can slow down a bit and aim for the head ( Enemy will deal no damage to you if they're dead )

Thanks for the quick response. I guess I need a better approach to my plan...
3 of my 10 outposts have been leveled up to 3 stars. Seem to be struggling to get enough meds.
Since there doesn't appear to be Fast Travel available it's looking like I need to just grind it out.
I've looted just about every location to date.
Just want to be prepared for the final battle with the Twins...

Farm around Prosperity, loot everything and fast travel back into it and go back out to trigger new spawns

Medkits can be crafted quickly and near endlessly in combat. Just pull up the weapon wheel and press E to make one. You can refill your inventory in just a few seconds as long as you have meat & flowers,, so I never needed to increase capacity beyond 4.

Edit - if you're low on components, I'm guessing you fast travel a lot? Try walking more, and shoot animals when you see them (preferably with a bow for double yield.) I had more meat (and other resources) than I could use, just by bagging animals that crossed my path.

Yeah I guess I just need to spend more time harvesting and hunting now...
I'm at the level where I need to fight Elites and need more Medkits.
I'm finding to upgrade the tier 4 weapons I need more chips that I assume are only available in the expeditions. I have work to do on finishing my perks and challenges too.
Can't help myself, kind of a Rambo player ;)

You don't really need to spend extra time hunting, just don't avoid it. I think the people who fast travel a lot see resources as more of a grind, since they don't get nearly as much handed to them by the game.

And circuit boards can be gotten through expeditions, or just as much (if not more) from bow hunting the elite animals. Each skin trades for 10, most marked spots on the map will have 2 elites, so that's 40 boards right there. Bring the Judge and you can take them down quick & easy.

fyi upgrade the garden and every single time you visit Prosperity you get at least one each of the 3 plants needed for crafting as loot from it, just remember to loot them

Try to use stealth weapons more, Hide in the bushes or tall grass when ya can and do head shots, Also when enemies spot you dont run and gun, instead wait for enemies to come around the corner of something and do a surprise close range attack on them

The AI is excellent in this game I been struggling myself on some battles especially the level 3 outposts
