Game becomes randomly fuzzy?
Every now and again the screen will go super fuzzy, making it really hard to play and shoot / drive

Anyone else having the same issue?

possible alternative explanation: you have adaptive resolution turned on under Video->Advanced, and graphics settings a tad too high for your card.

I thought that too but i get it now and again in the base, but that could just be a bug.

Dont have adapt on. I think my settings are fine high on 1080p on a 1080 card

ive beat the game now so its not a huge issue but its super weird lol

I have had this as well on the first mission where you had to cross the bridge to get to the tunnel, i couldn't figure out what was causing it. I have not had it since after Three hours playing.

Its called film grain. Ubisoft devs love to vastly over use it. I hate it as well and sadly there is no way to remove it or turn it off/down.

no it's not if it was film grain it would be on all the time and it isn't it's an effect apparently from my own experience and others when you're being suppressed

I know it's very late, but for people still looking for an answer: in game options you can turn on TAA antialyasing. It's default on and without it game has a ton of jagged edges. TAA makes the picture a bit blurry, but removes those jagged edges. TAA isn't prefect and it turns itself on only when you move. That's why picture looks very blurry. When you stand still for a second you'll notice picture gets sharper.

Thanks for sharing that workaround, d0wek!

If players are encountering graphical issue in-game, we would recommend taking the time to try these PC troubleshooting steps[support.ubisoft.com].

If you're still encountering trouble after trying these steps, please don't hesitate to reach out to us within this thread. Thanks!
