It's a spin-off sequel to Far Cry 5 which introduces new content but at the same time also reuses assets from the previous title as well as revisiting the same Hope County map. This is similar to how they sold and marketed Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon and to an extent, Far Cry Primal which reused content from Far Cry 4. It was being worked on while they were making Far Cry 5.

That's a pretty decent analogy. I was also citing Saints Row IV earlier in a comparison since it also reused the city of Steelport map from the previous game, Saints Row: The Third.

Think it was $10-$15aud new.

australia doesnt count because you niqqers prices are too fukky to use as a reference, also comparing this game to blood dragon in terms of pricing i dont think is fair because if this games map size is the same as V's and has the same or added gameplay then its pricing is fair

Because it will use the same map and assets from Far Cry 5. So it is basically an expansion.

becase sadly probably is going to be the same map as Farcry V just new stuff and post aopcaliptic theme (witch im fine with). so it will be like a stand alone DLC, at least they are being a little bit fair with the price compared with Farcry Primal.
