What i've noticed is just random start and end positions. Those that farm expeditions will soon find it's linearity. Always fun doing those regardless.
The miltary plane one is best for quick runs for this reason cause the package doesn't move around that much
No, it's actually one of the worst. On tier 3, the package can show up in the front section of the plane, back section, on top of the tail, in the sawmill or at the entrance to the lumber camp. The spread between these points can be as much as 200 m and packages can be over 300 m away from the drop-off. This map also has the most water, forcing you to swim at times, which can really slow you down.
On average, the fastest expedition to complete is the Five Stars Theme Park. The third tier only has three package spawn points which are the main office, the gift shop and a building next to a pond. All three of these locations are within a 50 m radius which makes the package very easy to find. There's no other map where they are that tightly packed. The drop-off points are never more than 200 m away so you have a quick run to the package.
I can say this from experience with over 600 completed expeditions. I've written up a guide to efficiently farm expeditions at the link below if you're interested::

As an expert, what way would you suggest I do the Kill 10 with a single Wrath Challenge? Best I can do is 8 because they're spread too far apart.
