game stopping glitch

Anyone get to the caverns with the white fox and spiders only to get stuck? I've watched the walkthroughs and it seems there is meant tobe a cutscene that goes to the knight chapter. It is at a point where you need an item to disable the pipe preassure to get to the knife. Please help

Have you gotten the item needed for the pipe yet? You need to get it first to trigger the cutscene

Usually reloading the checkpoint will fix whatever softlocks you got, but the death will not.

I thought you had to explore the right side of the cave more, but I am not sure because you not being specific enough.

Have you gotten the item to turn the pipe's pressure off at all? Just trying to figure out where you are :)

Sorry if i was not specific enough. The item to turn of the pipe is located up to the right where there is a pully system and switch along with a cart.There is also a dark figure locked behind a door. Sound familiar ? I cannot solve this puzzle unless the cut scene triggers down where the burst pipe area is..
