Дело говоришь. Увы, качество озвучки, а подчас и переводов текста, довольно низкое, даже у таких высокобюджетных проектов, как Киберпанк. Я лично играю во всё на английском, но ситуация меня не устраивает - например, в Metro Exodus уже подумываю переключиться на английский, несмотря на то, что игра о России и типажи там родные - однако, актёры озвучания безбожно переигрывают и не чувствуется естественности.

Ну, не всегда так. Например, в AC Одиссея у актеров английской озвучки ГГ такой дикий акцент, что у меня аж уши в трубочку сворачиваются. Русская озвучка на порядки лучше. Вообще, в АС озвучка годная.

The studio has paid for the voice acting in many other languages. Less in demand.
There are studios that make awesome unofficial localizations. But instead of supporting these studios, the company floods them with lawsuits and everywhere blocks and removes their localization. This is just a slap in the direction of both enthusiasts and Russian-speaking fans of the game.
Other parts of the game have Russian full localization and this voice acting is created with donations, this voice acting is a cut above the original voice acting in the game, but the developer is trying in every possible way to offend the Russian-speaking community.

Субтитры вроде тоже не заявлены, только главное меню на Русском а субтитры и озвучка Английская.
Если тебе достаточно, отлично.
Советую поиграть с неофициальной Русской озвучкой. Она лучше оригинала.
Не понимаю людей которые всюду пишут и говорят "озвучка не нужна, субтитров достаточно". Вас может пара сотен пара тысяч человек которые так думают, а из-за того что вы всюду спамите что озвучка не нужна, её и не делают.
Многие видят что полноценной локализации нет и покупают что-то другое.
Даже мелкие компании напрягаются по локализации, прибегают к помощи энтузиастов и переводят игры. Но тут приходится обходить стороной игру, по тому что в это не приятно играть. Вместо того чтобы наслаждаться игрой и играть, ты всю игру уставившись на субтитры читаешь сконцентрировавшись на тексте а не на игре и диалоге.
Может вы получаете удовольствие от такой игры, но не всем нравится так играть.
С горем пополам через не хочу историю гта5 пришлось проходить читая субтитры. Всю игру это вместо просмотра кат сцен и наблюдения за историей ты читаешь этот текст... Это невыносимо, это не то что приносит удовольствие от игры, это наоборот раздражает.

Коммьюнити-менеджер LiS в оф группе ВК говорит, что будет локализация сабами. Данные на странице Стим вторичны, как пример та же GTA IV, где через год после добавления русского так и не проставили нужные галочки.

I know it is a different company but Take-Two (including Rockstar) did a similar thing to turkish players last year. (They banned every fan translation ever existed until that point.). So I can feel what you feel dear fellow gamer.

Seriously.. who cares? We Swedes rarely get Swedish translations in games. Even our own games like Satisfactory doesn't have Swedish versions.

In short summary, a group named anonymous was translating Red Dead Redemption 2 but there was a problem... they were asking money from players. People didn't liked it and some even reported this to Rockstar themselves. So the translation was cancelled just before it was about to release. Ok, so they didn't like people were translating their games with money. Everyone understood, "what happened" was obvious and everyone got the message even though it was indirect. Several months past and boom. They banned EVERYTHING. RDR2 translation ban was understandable but banning EVERYTHING THAT HAS EVER EXISTED AT THAT POINT was being a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

So yeah, I get how you feel.

I completely agree. So it was not with one game.
Earlier, 10 years ago, mainly pirated games were sold in our cities, the licensed version of the game initially did not have a translation into our language, in the pirated version it had full localization. But now it is not 10 years ago. Now everyone is buying licensed games.
And people who want to make the game better are not allowed to receive any minimum payment for their work.
Even when the studios sound games for free, they are all the same banned, people are sued, d imprisoned with huge fines for wanting to make the game better.
