I'm having problems allocating Buses to routes. Being a total newbie, I drag the bus to the route but the bus won't go onto it even though I've got enough money to buy the bus. What am I doing wrong? Just a note I'm playing on a Steamdeck.

Is there any strategy beyond just blindly connecting cities that have demand between them with appropriate mode of transportation Here is a hint of a strategy with the Hubs, but it is flaky and there are not enough candidates for connections with hubs. Cities don't seem to grow, they don't seem to grow demand to more cities beyond what they started with. So this seems like a brainless activity... 1. Watch the game while some money accumulates money 2. Add new connection 3. go back to 1....
