No graphic settings?
Really? No graphic settings AT ALL? Only resolution?
Thats WEAK.
Also the game looks like its straight ripped from the VITA version, the PS3 version of PLUS looked much better in the texture department.
At least its consistent 60 FPS but still disappointing for the price asked.
Seems like another zero efforts porting job from Koei Tecmo.

Also, forced big picture mode. WHY? Dragon Quest XI already pulled this crap.
I dont see the point.

Business as usual for KT.

Definitely VITA assets. Chara portraits are pretty blurry and pixelated if you look close.

This is a 100% port of the VITA version. You can clearly see it in all the super low resolution textures in the city.
I own both the PS3 and VITA version of Rorona Plus and this looks identical to the VITA one.
Only exception is higher framerate.

My res only goes up to 1360*768. Can't pick Full HD. Anyone with the same issue?

and they want a full price for this.. Godness

Is the highest resolution really 1360x768 for real? If that's the case I'll probably get it on Nintendo Switch so I can play it on the go as well. Not gonna buy it on PC unless it can do 4K.

No i could set it to 1080p but had to tick the "fullscreen" box first, without that it only goes to 1360x768.

That's good. Can anyone confirm if it can run 3840x2160 full screen?

Yeah give me a minute i switch my pc display over to my 4k TV and see if i can choose that resolution.

Hm this is strange. If i connect my PC to my 4k TV i can only select 1600x900 as highest resolution even if ticking the "fullscreen" box.
On my 1080p monitor i can select 1920x1080.

No clue what this is about.

Here is a comparison. If the store screenshot is representative of the game, the PS3 version upscaled in RPCS3 looks better and less pixelated (but more blurry) than the PC version. What in the world?

looks like steam version texture is missing (look at the bench on the right)

When it comes to the lack of anti-aliasing, Reshade's SMAA can help a bit (though of course it's nowhere near as good as proper AA):

Left is without SMAA, right is with SMAA:

The micro stutters alongside the slightly yet noticeable - since the game relies heavily on - menu lag, irk me more than they should have.

The PS3 upscale used a different resampling method, or they blurred it afterwards as it blurred everything, look at the wood texture on the UI.
Definitely does not look "better".
