Have we played as Dahlia from the moment we saw the mirror through the eyes of a child up until now? Or the moment when Holly starts thinking that SHE cannot be her sister, Dahlia?
Moreover the false Block A door is a ruse to make Holly advance in her quest, to make her explore more. I think it was a door there, but someone has bricked it up as a mailbox.

a.) the psyche symbol = the past, Christopher Smith is freshly appointed director, he lets Jessica’s portrait in his office because the painted made him look older.
b.) the health symbol = the future, after the death of Christopher Smith (his memoirs prove it), wine turns into vinegar.

Someone must have used it to make the potion the easy way. Instead of returning to the Greenhouse to take the Holly seed amd plant it in the director’s pot, that someone used this juice to prepare the potion quickly. I pressume it is the Journalist.
The bottles are all smashed to pieces. The scream underneath the Hidden Library might have been his, since he has hurt himself with the shards. There’s a lot of blood on the shelves.

95. Those Ilex Aquifolium or Holly seeds are originally from South-Western of Europe, North-Western Africa and South-Eastern Asia. Not America. Why America? Holly wondered why would a buried Medieval knight be doing in America? There seems to be only cultivated seeds in America. Hm...
The Holly berries of the Ilex Aquifolium are associated with Christmas symbolism (they look like the misletoe) and previously with the Roman festival of Saturnalia, a celebration in the honor of the god Saturn. It is celebrated on 17 of December, later on 23 of December.

b.) She lets the past and future meet. So Christopher is both alive and dead in the near future.
c.) In order to transport herself back into the present timeline, she lets the two symbols in their respective busts.
d.) The present timeline awfully looks like the health symbol (Christopher’s death).
e.) The present is the timeline Holly is in from the beginning of the game.
97. The Holly berries are taken from an Ilex tree that outgrew the pot. Its roots bends over it. This symbol might mean that Holly is uprooted from a place, she doesn’t belong anywhere or she is constantly trying to expand her area of comfort. However, she gives out red berries. Are they sweet or poisonous?

98. Each demon had a drawing on their helmets, different symbols I mean. They don’t seems similar to anything I have found in TF2. No photos, sorry.
99. The potion is made. The objects that have remained with me are:
a.) a dark light bulb that I don’t know how I got a second one.
b.) the lenses.
c.) the wedge.
d.) the night vision camera.
e.) and the botanics book.
100. Accidentaly looked on the map and I see how the unusable door that is near the fuse box can be used by employees or guards when there is no need to open the large gate. It allows access inside without opening the grand gate. It is like a second entrance without much fuss. But the problem is that in the cuscene where Holly steps right in, there is no road or outline of a door behind the unusable door.

Let’s think. The Administration Building was locked from the inside. If these people know that Jack will come to chop their heads off, then that is why someone shouts out „Don’t open the door!” and they lock themselves in. Jack is mad and on the loose.
In the minigames there is also a reply to that male voice. A woman cries out „No!” Could that be Holly?

102. When Dahlia/SHE says „I will show them to you now”...
a.) The Enlightment Room upper windows have brightened up.
b.) Until that moment they were not.
c.) Now the menu title makes sense.
d.) The brightened room shows us that Holly is now captured and electrocuted.

c.) „Don’t trust the walls” = the boiler room.
d.) „Elizabeth photo flahsback” = the appearance and disappearance from the mirror.
e.) „Enlightment” = Holly’s omen.
f.) „The Teacher” = The padlocked door.
114. So, the way the three papers are displayed under Igor Kalt’s plague in the second floor hallway show the way the Three were placed inside those three rooms.
The three papers were alligned as such: „Professor”, „Teacher” and „Important Man.” If the title of the cutscene (see bellow*) is labeled as „The Teacher”, then the one on the right is the Professor’s and the one on the left is the Important Man’s.
Similarly:
a.) Teacher is a title for women in a certain profession.
b.) Professor is a title for men in that profession.
c.) Important man is self-explanatory. That person is male.
d.) The Three figurine shows us two men and one woman. Why would that woman be so damn hidden?

115. Another creepy label is: „It is us now”. It is the moment where SHE screams at Holly from the director’s office, cracking all the windows into shards. Could that „us” mean Olivia, Charles, Christopher and SHE altogether? All those four demons? Or could that „us” refer to a battle where only SHE and Holly are left to fight.

Why did you do that Holly? Why did you have to electrocute your mother like that? Why would anyone put their mother in a torturing chair even if it’s just a photo?
I must thank ms52 for telling me that the mirror from Elizabet’s room in TF1 is the one from the Enlightment Room in TF2, but now it is shattered to pieces by the dagger (see point 132).
Holly suffers the same fate her mother went through. If so, she is the transfigured Mother, haunting the place; whereas Dahlia is watching the Three suffering.

117. An allusion to Alice in Wonderland is the cutscene where Holly drinks the potion. It is rightfully labeled „Drink Me”.

118. The last of the creepy labels is the ending cutscene: „Welcome home. One last time.” So:
a.) Holly has been here before.
b.) A place called home. Was she living here?
c.) If Laudius maneuvers everything around here, then the hospital where Elizabeth give birth was his. However, he didn’t know about the Triplets until Elizabeth told him about it.
d.) The „one last time” could suggest that Holly repeated her life and now, as she rightfully says, she lives in a deja-vu. (She remarked this at the at the busts)
119. Was she fooled in all this time? All her life? Was she locked here? Did she eat and drink here? Did she go to boarding school not long from here? Is she really Dahlia?
120. In the drinking potion scene, Holly has a gash on her right cheek! Was it there before?! Even in TF1?? She might not have it on the cheek, but on the right side of the upper lip. And she told us that her doll has a gash on her right cheek.
a.) Inside the padlocked door from TF1 we find a doll with a gash on her right cheek.
b.) Dahlia/SHE has that gash in Heather’s basement.
c.) Holly’s name craved by fingernails on the photo of Dahlia’s internment.
d.) Dahlia is showing Holly’s past.

123. The Journalist’s tapes are labelled I, II and IV. There a total of 10 tapes: 6 for I, 1 for II and 3 for IV.

b.) You are looking at your own self!
c.) But because you are a triplet, you don’t know who’s who. Unless you have a distinctive marker that sets you apart. In your case with Dahlia, there is no such thing.
d.) The last image from the spot the difference minigame, there are two girls that look similar, both have brown hair. The other one is blond.
Must see Holly as a child. The figurines from TF1 will help. How was her hair? Short, bob, black hair?
127. If the upper reasonings are correct, then Holly was made to watch the Three suffering.
128. Now it all explains why the sudden change of mind. Elizabeth interned „Holly” in the asylu, not Dahlia, the uncontrollable child. When she saw her mistake, she wanted to remove her from the asylum, but was blocked by Laudius.
129. In the final cutscene, you can see the bar and the piano during the gala. This piano is mysterious as it does not appear along with the bar cart within the game, but it appears in the photo in the newspaper about the massacre. It also appears in one of the Bonus Chapter’s pictures, somewhere else than the asylum.
130. The intermingled names of the sisters pose some questions:
a.) H = why wasn’t Holly’s name written first?

c.) A = the final letter of Dahlia’s name

Normally, the vertical name is perceived as the most important. The horizontal ones seem to come as secondary characters.

132. SHE is between the Elizabeth’s broken mirror and the piano. This wallpaper is symbolist to the max.
a.) SHE is a combination of a transfigured self (the broken mirror) and a creative being (the piano).
b.) SHE is the combination between Elizabeth and Laudius (the amorous affairs, the ritual).
c.) The mirror is colored in dark tones, while the piano is shining as a bright light.
d.) Heaven or Hell theme.
e.) The central light shows the viewer who is the central character of the story. This character is obliged to choose which path he/she should take or it might also show what the character is.
f.) The branches symbolize the dark forces ready to overwhelm the mind which is represented by the Administration Building. We see HER mind in this wallpaper. We are in HER mind.

The white piano on the extreme left seems to shift white to greys & browns as Holly's vision ripples. On the wall directly in front of her in the rotunda is a stylized Egyptian lotus or papyrus that may close off the hallway and in front of that is a peculiarly stiff female figure dressed head to toe in a white jumpsuit. Thr bar cart seems to be on the far right.
I think I borrowed this shot either from ms52 or Elena and now I have to loop back and read her posts.
I like your comments that i've read, they all make sense and ask good questions.
Few of us re-played both TF1 with Bonus and TF2 few times now.
With each re-play I notice other details, or look for clues stated by our wonderful eagle eyed contributors to this ongoing Theories thread.
