Thoughts about the game (Spoiler heavy)

I've been chatting with Elena last night and we both had some crazy theories. The game is amazing but left us with many unanswered questions.

My first question is who is THE THREE, is the evil girl is one of them? We still don't know who is this person who's been following Holly and I doubt she is Dalia now.

The mother mentioned a ritual in the last message she left. The developer Dimme mentioned before that the movie 'Rosmary's Baby' inspired him to make this game. I've seen the similarity.

Why would an asylum have a demon statue?

Who is Olivia Harper?

Could everyone be invisible? I mean Holly made something and drink it, then everything has changed, she could either be invisible or dead? What made me think of this theory is the typewriter, someone clearly is typing on it, either a spirit or someone invisible! Also, the evil girl can be seen through the security camera! (And night vision)

I hope the Journalist is not dead and THE THREE are taking care of him, in that place where the girl in the last scene said she will show us it? She said she will show us something, and I wonder what it is.

I've only played the game once, I'm planning to play it again to understand more of the story. Share your thoughts and theories here and hopefully we will get our answers in the extra episode as well as the third game!

I just had an "oh ♥♥♥♥" moment while rewatching my old video where I put Elizabeth's audio diaries in order (https://youtu.be/9d4K84SxF7w?si=gJ9DlGEBc81jI_pt).

It got me thinking about how the TF3 demo made me wonder how much is true about what She was trying to show Holly in the repressed memories, especially the photo of the whole family in the city. I mean, sure, Holly and Heather would've gone to that school whether they still lived with the grandparents or they did move to the city. But how could Holly and Heather and Elizabeth have actually moved to the city like Elizabeth said she wanted to in her audio diaries if they were recorded the day she died, meaning they never actually moved?

I've played their other game, not just him, even the father has the same character model.

Thank you @186fleetstreet for the trailer and update!
When we were told that TF3 would be available in January 2025, my thoughts were: it will be released in April.
So now finally we will get it 31 March 2025! Awesome!!!!!
Can't wait, yet it is only few more weeks, Yay!
So, I will replay both TF1 and TF2 for the umpteen time. Now I am motivated.

So TF1 first cutscene was the Massacre and HER dragging bodies into a particular door in Dark Fall Asylum.
TF2 final cutscene was of potion affected Holly travelling in time back to the Massacre and fainting. Later we hear a young voice saying: Congratulations, You made it, etc...
I always thought it was Dahlia talking to Holly
I now think it could be HER.
I really hope TF3 will answer all questions!

Yes, I am also eager to find so many answers! But now, about that voice you have just mentioned: if you look at that last artwork that I posted, what or who do you see on the back of "Holly"?
