How long does it take to complete a mission.
Mission 2 of the UEF campaign took me like an hour and 40 minutes to complete man I must really suck or slow... or is that how this game is suppose to be played (I get that you have lots of troops and stuff).

camapin missions take very long indeed, but there are only 8 per faction and you can make savegames
(i've seen speedruns in 30 min for vanilla campain)

Glad to know I'm not the only one who takes an hour to do anything in this game XD

well thats not true either, campain in SupCom is pretty poorly desinged, an normal MP match usually is a lot faster (like 15-20min for 1v1 and 30-40 for 4v4 and higher in average)

Missions all depend on how you play. Really good players who can get by with the bare minimum can get them done in 30 minutes but others, like me, who like to build and swarm the enemy can take much longer. I have had some missions take multiple tries and several hours to complete (see aeon #5).

I take my time plus I suck at RTS games, so every mission for me is 2+ hours.

There is nothing wrong with taking your time with missions - just enjoy the playing.

Problem is after i'm done with a mission, I quit. Otherwise, I would continue like I do in Red Alert 3 or any other RTS for that matter. so strange.

Anyone else have a problem with Mission 2 not updating your troop arrivahl.
Suppose to be 20 tanks, 14 AA and 12 gunships (iirc). Well, I have done this several times, have them all sitting in the yellow target in the base and it only reads "13/20, 5/14, 0/12" iirc.

I know for certain my numbers should be 20/20, 15/14, 34/12

Campaign missions take about 2 hour for me to complete but thats because im taking my time. The campaign can be made in a very laid back fasion which i like alot meaning that before i make the obvious triggers go on (Cap that building, destroy that base) I make sure i have a solid defence and plenty of reserve troops.

I kinda wish you can go first person in your giant robot though... wasn't there a game like that?
