where is Coach Ace?
why is he never spawn in the tennis court at Bel-Air like these videos i found on YouTube?
i have done all main quests and returned there many times but still i cannot find him.

Appeared for me basically after leaving Emma Jaunts for the first time at the start. Maybe you already killed them, they appear early on.

If I remember correctly I found them on a tennis court for the house above Curtis's that you had to cut through to get to Emma's. Hopefully this helps.

He is on the tennis court on the house next to Emma and Curtis. He would usually be eating someone. I spotted him late at night going to the gate to Beverly Hills.

no way, it seems "it" was gone permanent in my game. i don't know why, but i can guess maybe last time i played with my friend and he killed the zombie but didn't loot the key, then we left the game so we both don't have the key and the coach ace zombie also never spawn again....
