The only way I've been able to 'get ahead' with soap is to wait until it's offered in a trade and buy it up...
Then production seems to stay inline with demand.. but has always been a high priority to buy it as soon as it is offered in a trade.
Just means your going to run a bit behind for a bit... I guess they like to stay clean ;)
Then it's a logistic problem, not a production problem. I have no problems producing soap for half his pop with only 4 medical facilties, and only two of them making soap.
Please enlighten us..
show a screenshot showing this and maybe give an example of what your doing.. I sure would like to learn if this is a fact.
currently I have 11k pop and 57 MF's and about 20 producing soap but can not keep up with demand (not the prosperity demands)
I am currently about 3.5k infront but I traded for them.
even switching over the rest to soap does not seem to put me ahead after 50 seasons...
