Alternative ways to produce milk

Hi, as the subject says.
I am researching soap but found no bulls/goat/sheep in world game to produce milk.
What are the alternative ways to produce it?

Have to build the forum and hopefully a quest will come along to get an animal that will produce milk.

...or you could tell your hunters to 'capture' animals--they are there in abundance--build a pasture for them and assign herders.

build a trading post and trade for them.. map only comes with 2 random animals per game start.
