im still fairly new to the game but this is still confusing even after most of the tutorial.
as far as i can tell, it means that we dont actually have anything needing decontamination, (because a water tower will show a different symbol colour or % when it needs a charcoal filter), but im not 100% sure :)
if nothing actually needs deconamination, then i think a message should actually say that "no food is contaminated here" or something similar :)
Decontamination kits are produced in the decontamination post and are used in storage buildings, like warehouses or food buildings that produce food. Fields or orchards won't be supplied by these kits, but you can clean the radiation from them by using an irrigation plant.
Decontamination kits are used, when a specific building has stored radiated food. Water can only be cleaned by supplying a water tower with coal and turning on the filter function.
Hey,
usually, the decon-kits won't just be stored in the bus. The settlers should bring them there to use them instantly in order to clean radiated food. Could you share a screenshot with us, showing that there are just some decon-kits stored?
The bus isn't full or have the decon kits, it's the decontamination centre that is full of kits and the two employees, don't seem to be doing anything, except make more of them if I up the limit of kits to be made.
Have waited two seasons so far :(
Thanks for the info about the fields. I'll be able to implement that.
Should fire them all!
