I completed all achievements in the game, but this game is not counting as Perfectly Completed game in my steam profile. What happening?

I have to adamantly state that I do NOT like the timer you've added to some levels and I can't pass level 42 because of it.

Сделай-те управления еще и на стрелочки и может на мишке игра принципи не прям ужастная я заплатил за игру 13грн что бы открыть тп стим вроде не прям дешево ну как-то потяну...
