It's a dungeon you unlock after finishing the clock remains story dungeon. Its to the south when you are in the lobby.
The Sanae Arc and unlock the Challenge and Training series
Innocent heart is 1000 floors and I think you get checkpoints every 15 floors or so? It's basically the final dungeon in the game when you have nothing else to do. C:Remains is much more time efficient since you get introduced to giant enemies much sooner. C:Remains also has the ability to drop the highest tier of weapons and equipment just on the floor. The seal increasing items are also a huge plus as well.
I think you'll hit a wall eventually with C:Remains with not getting enough xp from it anymore but by that time you should have supermelded your items to basically have everything you need.
But you have to remember endgame farming in this game is really tedious. If you want to transfer over the best quality of yellow seal you have to get the item to a certain level first. And some are only possible after multiple reincarnations. Basically to get your perfect endgame weapon you are going to be juggling between lots of different stuff and lots of grinding.
