Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Winter Assault

Having problems with my Dual Screen setup. Can someone help?
Warhammer Winter Assault automatically opens up in fullscreen and I dont know how to change this, but the actual problem is that when I scroll to the left side of the screen, with my mouse, intead of sticking to the border of the screen and moving the in-game map, the mouse just goes over towards my second computer monitor. This has never happened to me with a full screen game and it does not happens with Warhammer Soulstorm. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? I will appreciate it. Tthanks

It seems to me the game is acting like fullscreen-windowed mode but I dont know how to change this if possible.

This is unfortunately just an oversight from the original game design, remember that this game was made such a long time ago, when dual screen setups were really rare (it doesn't even support widescreen properly without playing around with ini files).

When the later expansions came they came with support for dual screen and widescreen as it was becoming more popular, that's why you don't get the problem in the later expansions.

As far as I know the only way around this is to quickly switch to single display mode before launching the game (Windows + P key lets you cycle quickly through display modes).

This is going to sound stupid, but click in the middle mouse button if that happens and it'll lock the cursor to that screen. It works for me.
EDIT: Sorry, let me be more clear, click in the middle mouse button once the level loads and you're in-game.

I had the same problem buts its easy to solve, hold down the alt key and move your camera then it should stay inside you game. If you want to return to standard view hit backspace(button above enter)

You can also get software that locks your mouse to a single display. The name escapes me at the moment, but a bit of Google research should result in something of use.

I got irritated by this and just got used to navigating with the arrow keys instead. :P
